The Inner Explorer mindfulness program caters to teachers, students, and families with its app offering 180 audio-guided mindfulness practices tailored for four different age groups: Early Learning-1st Grade, Elementary, Middle, and High School. The narrators of our practices come from diverse ethnic backgrounds, ensuring cultural intentionality and accessibility for all users. Furthermore, the Early Learning and Elementary programs are available in Spanish and have been endorsed by CASEL as an "SEL-Related Approach."

The Inner Explorer Classroom App is available for free download, granting new users access to 21 tracks out of 180 for initial mindfulness practice.
